After 26 years of very successful operations in the USA, we are finally closing the doors forever on our family-owned VW/Audi/Mercedes-Benz Parts and Restoration business as we are moving back overseas. While we have already moved some of our inventory to our overseas location as well as managed to sell off a large portion of our other left over inventory already, we have found that it is taking too long to sell off individual vehicles and parts, therefore we have decided to sell off all our final remaining inventory as a whole. VW 1.9 Turbo Diesel Conversion kits
THE UPGRADE CONVERSION KIT
CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING BRAND NEW OEM VW/AUDI 1.9 DIESEL SPECIFIC ITEMS:
1. Valve Cover w/gasket, oil
cap and securing hardware.
2. Timing Belt.
3. Tensioner.
4. Intermediate Shaft Pulley.

9. Intake/Exhaust Gaskets.
These are ideal for VW Vanagon
Diesel conversions as well as an excellent upgrade for most VW/Audi models that
originally came with a 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 1.9 Diesel/Turbo-Diesel engine, a partial
listing includes VW Rabbit Diesel 1976-1984, VW Vanagon Diesel/Turbo-Diesel

THE ENGINES ARE COMPLETE
WITH CYLINDER HEADS INCLUDING VALVES, HYDRAULIC LIFTERS AND CAMSHAFT, BLOCKS
INCLUDING PISTONS W/ OIL COOLING SQUIRTERS UNDERNEATH, CONNECTING RODS,
CRAKSHAFT, INTERMEDIATE SHAFT, AND OIL PUMP.
They do NOT come with
manifolds, injectors, injection pumps, turbo, oil pans or valve covers on them.
They come pretty much ready to run simply by transferring your injectors,
manifolds, injection pump, turbo, as well as your bolt-on accessories such as
alternator/AC, flywheel/clutch etc. off your old engine onto these ones. If you
do NOT have those additional parts, we could supply you those at additional
cost, subject to availability. These engines all have a manufacture date of
11/04, so they are NEW NEW NEW!!! They all utilize the improved TDI-style
crankshaft, which pretty much eliminates timing-gear failures that the earlier
1.9 TD engines were prone to. ****NOTE**** Minor modifications may be necessary
to install these engines into an older vehicle, which can be easily performed by
most folks with just a little mechanical aptitude!!
THESE ENGINES CAN BE USED
IN TURBO-CHARGED OR NORMALLY ASPIRATED (NA) FORM.

Brand new (not rebuilt) OE Factory -
European-Spec 1.9 Liter Turbo
Diesel engine long-block! Engine code ABL. As used in European VW Transporter T4
(Eurovan) and certain Skoda and Seat models, along with a specially put together
upgrade conversion kit that contains specific parts which allow you to install
this modern Diesel engine engine into older VWs or Audis that were originally
equipped with a 1.5, 1.6 or 1.7 diesel or turbo-diesel engine.These are
virtually identical to the much desired AAZ engines with a few very minor subtle
differences, namely an extra coolant bleed fitting on the back of the head as
seen in pic above, which can easily be capped off or could alternatively be
tee'd into the coolant return line, and a small raised metal boss on the front
of the block that interferes with the stock Rabbit-style water pump, this boss
needs to be ground off, this again is easily done, etc. Everything else off your
old Rabbit style engine pretty much bolts right on otherwise, with the exception
of the few minor mods outlined above, which again are easily rectified by
anybody with a little mechanical aptitude.
New VW Parts Developments - Diesel Conversions
As a part of our continued commitment to the VW and Audi community, we
currently have many exciting developments in the pipeline!
In the recent months, we have established and large engine and parts
manufacturing and R&D facility overseas, where we will soon be manufacturing out
own line of ZSI brand of 1.6, 1.7, 1.9, 2.4, 2.5 4 and 5 cylinder diesel
engines. These engines will replace most VW/Audi applications. At this point we
will no longer be dealing with any more used engines, but rather we will be
concentrating on brand new replacement engines & engine components. We will also
cease to do any more restorations or engine conversions as well as carry or
restore any more used vehicles, all vehicles currently in our stock, are
available for sale, either individually or as a bulk package. As we just want to
liquidate the whole lot and get on with our engine plant. We can make you a
sweet deal, on any 1 or all of our remaining vehicles, as well as all of the
remaining new and used parts. We currently have a 12000 sq. foot warehouse in
Pahrump, NV packed to the gills with every imaginable vw and audi, new and used
parts, as well as parts cars and project cars. We are also going to be
manufacturing a complete line of brand new engine conversion kits, complete,
right down to the last nut, bolt, and washer. To enable most do it yourself
people, to install most vw and audi 4 and 5 cylinder diesel engines. Into
Vanagon T3 and Eurovan T4. We are currently looking for agents and dealers in
